Am 17. Jänner 2021 wollte ich von Facebook (Meta Inc.) Auskunft über meine Daten, der Text des originalen Schreibens steht unten.
Bis heute, 26. Juli 2025, also mehr als vier (!) Jahre später, ist diese Auskunft meiner Meinung nach nicht zufriedenstellend erfolgt. Die zuständige, irische Datenschutzbehörde hat die Sache bis heute nicht abschließend beurteilt, und ich habe das Gefühl, man will mich dazu bringen, die Angelegenheit wegen Erschöpfung versickern zu lassen.
Ich finde es unerhört, dass gleichzeitig kleine Unternehmen beim Datenschutz gnadenlos zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden.
Die Anfrage:
„I hereby request access to my personal data pursuant to Article 15
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard
to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such
data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection
Regulation).
I request access to my personal data pursuant to Paragraph 1 und 2.,
Additionally, I request a copy of the personal data undergoing
processing pursuant to Paragraph 3.

by e-mail, for security reasons and the expected amount of data.
